Two minutes walk from Ladbroke Grove station [ Circle line and Hammersmith & City line ] it is a tranquil place to stay near the hubbub of the Portobello Road and Notting Hill area with your choice of bohemian and culturally diverse restaurants and bars. You can run the full gamut from the street food market and charming local cafes, start with the Golborne Deli for breakfast / brunch, mosey for lunch in the Portobello Garden Cafe and then move on to the Electric, through Lisa's with jazz guitar on Thursday evenings and finally Richard Caring's Pizza East.

The apartment has wall to wall Nantucket cupboards fitted. With a little agility required to negotiate the windowsill - as seen in the photographs - you can enjoy a coffee on the diminutive balcony in the sunshine before venturing out to explore the area. The kitchen has a fridge with separate freezer, washer/dryer, oven hob and extractor, microwave, electric smoothie maker and electric kettle.
Heating is controlled by a NEST thermostat.
When rented for more than 10 days - my cleaner will attend the property for approx. 2 hours per week after the first week at an additional cost of £30.
Super fast 60 MB Fibre optic broadband with unlimited download and a 42 inch Plasma TV with terrestrial channels and HDMI cable.
The apartment is also available for a long let of 3 months or more at a lower rate. Shorter stays may be accommodated however at a higher charge. Please message me.
Please note the bed is a comfortable UK Double - 140cm wide - it is not Kingsize.
Guest access Bassett Road and the building are a quiet oasis in a vibrant district - the apartment does not suit party animals :)
Other things to note When the apartment is booked I occasionally but not always can host guests in an en suite double room in a spacious house conveniently situated next to Westfield and 2 mins walk from the Central Line/Overground/Circle.
